Healthy Cereal Bar

     Let's make your own Cereal Bar.
I always keep nuts, dried fruits and muesli in my pantry. It makes great breakfast and contains lots of fiber. If you like the nutty taste of cereal bars, why don't you make your own? It's very simple to make and it's also great if you have kids for their snack pack in lunch box.

Baby organic apple tea

     I used my slower cooker to make some organic apple tea and kept it in a baby food container.
Keep it in the fridge or freeze it.

What I love to buy for me and my kids

Mums love to buy things on kids. How can you resist a tiny little finger pointing at something they want. They point their magic fingers to anything they desire regardless of the price tag. But I often find myself choosing kids' choice over mine. Even toys come to our house all carefully re-selected by me. I don't know if my children are happy with my choice. I say I buy things for kids but in a way, I buy what I choose to satisfy my status as mum.
